02/2015 - Lord Harris Visits Coleraine Park
On Wednesday 25 February, Lord Harris of Peckham visited our Academy. Due to all of his charitable works, Lord Harris recently won a prestigious charitable award, recognising his contribution to education through the sponsorship of the Harris Federation. Lord Harris and his wife, Lady Harris, decided to visit Coleraine Park (amongst all of the 39 Harris Academies), to accept his award. The students had a wonderful time with Lord Harris, chatting with him and Lady Harris and even played football!
We would like to both thank and congratulate Lord Harris and Lady Harris for choosing to visit our academy to accept such a prestigious award.
