The Christmas Fair
The Christmas Fair last week was an enormous success. Parents and children entered to the ringing sounds of Silent Night played expertly by our amazing steel pan band who are bigger and better than ever before (We even have Y3 children good enough to have gained positions in the prestigious band).
There was an array of amazing up-cycled or home-made goodies to purchase. These included the spectacular up-cycled Christmas trees and letter holders made from old books by Year3, splendid tea light holders made from up-cycled golden toilet rolls, made by Year 5 and the most beautiful snowmen made by Reception class. There were even two hand-made ginger-bread houses made by Ms Ahmed, and won by three lucky children in the raffle.
So far, the total raised is £668.29. However, we have two more nativities and we are hoping to raise at least £700, so please book your ticket for £1 and come and join us for the last two Christmas events.
